History-Seeded Estimation

Work pack generation draws from the Shutdown Intelligence Library -- a structured store of actuals from every previously executed job on similar equipment and job types in your asset. Duration estimates, labour requirements, and materials are seeded from real execution data (vs. original plan estimates), not from generic norms or individual estimator experience. Monte Carlo three-point estimates (P10/P50/P90) give the schedule a statistical basis rather than a single-point duration that accumulates float.

AI Schedule Review Assistant

Each time the plan recalculates, the AI Schedule Review Assistant scans the full network for orphaned activities, dangling critical path chains, and resource conflicts. It flags what it finds and returns it to the planner for decision -- it does not restructure the schedule. What-if scenarios are modelled with human-approval gating before any change propagates to the baseline.

Before packs are released to the field, AI Work Pack Review validates each pack against actuals from previously executed work packs on similar equipment and job types -- checking completeness, labour feasibility, duration realism, cost accuracy, material availability, and embedded risk exposure. Legacy packs in PDF or third-party format can be imported; the system extracts work order details, labour steps, and materials into a structured grid for planner review.

AI Close-Out and Shutdown Intelligence Library

At close-out, the AI Close-Out Assistant flags variance hotspots tied to specific equipment: not a generic summary, but 'MECH ran 40% over on E-101 due to bolt seizure.' Lessons learned are drafted pre-filled -- title, recommendation, impact -- for the planner to review, edit, and accept while the knowledge is fresh. Asset Explorer puts the last three turnarounds on any piece of equipment side by side -- scope, estimate vs. actual, cost, quality -- with a trend line showing whether variance is improving. This data feeds directly into the next event's scope, estimates, and work packs.
